We took our rabbit to Dr. Jäger's clinic. Unfortunately, there wasn't much that could be done, but we were able to get an appointment immediately and were greeted by a very friendly and empathetic team and a very compassionate and attentive doctor who took her time and handled the animal with love. Many thanks, we highly recommend her.

I feel very well cared for by Dr. Jäger and my cats. She is a very likeable, friendly, and competent person. She has a lot of empathy and always takes the safest approach.

We took our guinea pig to the vet three times over five weeks because of an eye infection. Unfortunately, the medication and injection only started working very late because the seriousness of the condition wasn't addressed. Now we've switched vets and finally received competent help. - I rinsed the eyes daily with saline solution, which suddenly helped a lot. - Unfortunately, our guinea pig has now gone blind due to the prolonged infection; the eye has to be removed. This was never discussed with Ms. Jäger. And the worst part: Ms. Jäger also overlooked a swelling on the guinea pig's abdomen that had developed and also urgently needed attention. The weight wasn't checked either... the entire examination was very unprofessional. Due to the urgency before our vacation, we consulted Ms. Jäger, but received very little explanation for us as pet owners. On the third visit, I asked for a thorough examination and precise instructions on what we should do for our pet. This request alone led to Ms. Jäger refusing to treat us—my worried son, me, and our guinea pig—and practically asking us to leave the practice. I found that really awful... I would never take a guinea pig to that practice again. Because of the inadequate treatment and care, our guinea pig suffered greatly and has now lost an eye!
