Recently adopted two cats. Took them here and was absolutely amazed at how effectively they handled the cats. Everyone is extremely nice aswell!
My dog Kimberly suddenly had breathing problems. I went to the veterinary practice and was allowed straight into the examination room without any waiting time. They tried everything they could, but unfortunately, it didn't help much as there was no improvement. The decision was made to euthanize Kimberly. I am so grateful to the team that we were able to go straight in without waiting. The team was very sensitive to my request to open the window afterward. They opened the window and left a box with towels. I was then allowed to take Kimberly home. There, too, Kimberly was lovingly wrapped in a blanket and placed in a cardboard box. I do have one small suggestion, though. This was my first time at this practice with Kimberly, and I didn't appreciate being handed the information sheet to fill out in the middle of the appointment. Please give it to people after everything has been done; it would make things a little easier for them. 07.03.2023 11:15 We miss you 😔❤️🌈
Thank you so much for the spontaneous support with medical care.
I've been taking my animals to Dr. Lüßen for years and have only good things to say about her practice. Last week, I took my guinea pig, Grandpa Moritz, to see her. I called briefly, described his symptoms, and was given an appointment right away. I already sensed that things weren't looking good for him. Sadly, he has passed away. I was devastated, of course, and they even offered to call someone to make sure I got home safely. I highly recommend this practice.
