We took our cat to multiple smaller and bigger vet clinics before and this was by far the best experience we had. Dr Büttner and their staff are all knowledgeable, professional, transparent, and caring about the animal. This is not the case everywhere. Like in most other clinics, they have way too much work and you will have to wait even on appointments so I don't consider this a negative. What is more important, l never met a vet that was uninformed about our animal and hasn't discussed the case with their colleagues beforehand. This is a sign of a good organisation and the biggest difference to other places that we visited.

I had an apointment a week ago at this vet for a certification (sachskunde). The staff was friendly and I was fastly done and helped further. I need to be honest by saying I didn't talk to any vet or no dogs of mine had yet an apointment with one of the vets. When this happens I gladly update this review.

Loving and competent professionals who sincerely care about their 4 legged patients!

We've visited the practice several times now with our little dog, Cleo. We've always been warmly welcomed by the entire team. We'd like to extend a very special thank you to Dr. Scolaro Lopes! It's always wonderful to see how incredibly loving and gentle she is with little Cleo. In addition, all our questions were always answered very clearly. Excellent veterinarian, empathetic, takes his time, and explains things very clearly! Appointments can be booked quite quickly online. However, even with an appointment, the wait can sometimes be long. The waiting rooms are spacious and modern, with a coffee machine and complimentary water. He's also an affordable veterinarian! I highly recommend him!
