Dr., sorry for the abbreviation, I was on a well-deserved vacation, our Eni wasn't feeling well at all. She hadn't just pulled out the fur on her belly, but now on all four paws as well, and everything was bare, terrible, see photo. We went to another doctor, whose name I don't want to mention. The conclusion from this visit: much more expensive, X-rays, blood tests, anal gland tests – an unparalleled torture for the cat. Result = 0, nothing. Since Dr. an Hack gave me a cell phone number for emergencies, I sent her the X-ray and blood results via WhatsApp, despite being on vacation. I wasn't expecting this; the diagnosis came via WhatsApp despite being on vacation, with a request to have it checked out at the veterinary clinic. That was very thoughtful and correct. What can I say? Despite the remote diagnosis, everything was spot on. After a visit to the cat sanctuary for an examination and medication, our Enigma = Eni is doing really well again. Her fur is growing back, see photo, and everyone is happy. Sorry, but I can't understand your lousy reviews. I wouldn't give this vet 5 stars, but 5 stars +++. I don't know many people who have as much respect for creatures as Dr. Melanie has for Haack Wilson. Thank you again, and rest assured, this is not a fake review.

My son recommended this vet to me; he was so impressed with how kind, friendly, and loving she was with the cats. And what can I say? He was absolutely right! She's incredibly empathetic, takes her time, and goes above and beyond. I have never experienced such a kind, empathetic, sensitive, and at the same time highly competent veterinarian. We've been going to her for 15 years, and with every visit, you can feel how much heart, dedication, and genuine humanity she brings. Even when she's not feeling well, she does everything she can to ensure the animal—in my case, my dog—is comfortable. This level of commitment is anything but a given. She takes her time, listens, explains things clearly, and treats both people and animals with incredible warmth. My dog ​​isn't just a patient with her; she's been receiving truly excellent care for 15 years. I even called her while we were on vacation and received excellent advice over the phone. Top-notch both professionally and personally! Five stars aren't nearly enough. I wholeheartedly recommend her!

Yesterday, I took my "anxious cat" to Dr. Haack for the first time. He's a Persian who scratches, bites, and hisses whenever you try to groom him, which unfortunately causes his fur to become matted very quickly, and sometimes he even needs to be put under general anesthesia for a shave. My regular vet recommended Dr. Haack, and what can I say? She managed to get my cat to let her treat him without anesthesia, sedation, or anything like that. She was very loving and empathetic. She gave me and my cat all the time we needed and managed to completely relax him by massaging specific points. I've never seen my cat like that before. In the end, he was curiously exploring the practice. Our previous vet visits were always a complete nightmare for everyone involved, sometimes even ending up in the emergency room for me. I'm incredibly impressed by this woman and can wholeheartedly recommend her because she's so much more than just a vet. She has many additional qualifications and offers a wide range of alternative treatments.

At a point where we had reached absolutely no progress with conventional medicine alone, Dr. Haack-Wilson helped us tremendously with new approaches and a complete and precise analysis. The analyses were explained thoroughly and clearly, and the result was absolutely accurate and helped us tremendously to get to the bottom of the problem and ultimately solve it.
