Today I visited Iris and Andreas again with my dog ​​and cat, and as always, everything was to our complete satisfaction! My mother with her dog, and I with my cats, have been coming here for many years. I had visited several other veterinarians before, but only with Iris did I feel like I wasn't being ripped off. Here, the animals are the focus, and we've known each other over the years. The two of them are so emotional, loving, and empathetic, especially when it came to letting an animal go—I've never experienced anything like that before. I can truly recommend this practice!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I went to the vet for the first time in two years – with three cats, one of whom is a real scaredy-cat and two of whom were quite relaxed. I was understandably nervous. So I was all the more pleasantly surprised by the entire team. The couple were open, calm, and very welcoming from the start. You can just tell: animals immediately sense whether they feel safe – and that was exactly the case here. Even my usually very anxious cat realized she was in good hands. They both also have a real passion for animal welfare. From the very first moment, I felt welcome and taken seriously. I'm especially grateful for the practical help: they helped me carry things and also assisted me in transporting the three cats from the car to the clinic. This is by no means a given and was a huge relief for me. Overall, I felt very comfortable and in excellent hands, both professionally and personally. The price was also absolutely fair. Highly competent advice! A big thank you to the entire team – I'll be back with a good feeling.
