A complete rip-off... the vet is always unmotivated and unfriendly, and explains practically nothing. On the phone (due to an emergency), I made it clear that I only had €20 left and could pay the rest at the end of the month. The vet agreed, performed an examination (diagnosed poisoning), and demanded immediate payment. They claimed to know nothing more about it. Since I had no money, they didn't send out the blood tests. This practice is a complete rip-off and overpriced, especially since they don't care about the animals. No thanks, never again.

Very friendly team and pleasant atmosphere. Vet Ms. Schlüter is calm, thoughtful, and competent. I was here with my dog, Grandma. 🙂

Luckily, we haven't had any real problems with our furry friend yet, just routine issues. The staff and veterinarians are incredibly friendly. They treat the animals with great care. Appointments are always on time. You can also get help quickly over the phone if you have any questions. We are very satisfied.

Spacious treatment rooms, a friendly receptionist and staff member during treatment, a veterinarian who never seems rushed or impatient, thoroughly examines the animal, and also takes the time to answer the owner's questions. There is absolutely nothing to complain about.
