Alex is a really great veterinarian. She always provides a sufficient amount of time, is super professional, and really empathatic, towards the pet as well as towards the owner :)

I moved to the area a year ago and was looking for a veterinary practice for my dog. My dog ​​is a bit special; in human medicine, he might almost be considered autistic. Due to some unpleasant past experiences, I've always been very skeptical of veterinarians. But when I first visited this practice, I felt very comfortable. The team seemed very friendly and competent. The veterinary team treated my dog ​​with respect, showed empathy, and didn't immediately resort to harsh medication. As a dog owner, I felt very well-informed; alternatives were presented, and a risk assessment was conducted for everything. This is particularly important to me because my dog ​​also has kidney failure. Long story short – a competent practice team. I would recommend them without hesitation. They address the needs of both the animal and the owner. This is what good veterinary medicine should look like!

I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Alexandra Diekgerdes' veterinary practice. Dr. Diekgerdes is competent, incredibly friendly, and treats the animals with genuine care. I am especially grateful for the help my cat Poldi received. When he was really ill and I had almost given up hope, he received truly excellent care and treatment. Dr. Diekgerdes took plenty of time, explained everything clearly, and always kept my cat's well-being in mind. Thanks to her support and expertise, he is now doing much better.
