Kleintierpraxis Hennecke in Nörten-Hardenberg

We received a very sensitive and friendly welcome. Dr. Hennecke came straight to our car and examined our dog. After extensive treatment and consultation, we decided to have our English bulldog put to sleep. Dr. Hennecke accompanied us through this difficult process professionally and with great empathy. We were given a candle to light at home. A wonderful gesture to say goodbye to our dog with the children. And now, almost two weeks later, we received a beautiful sympathy card from the practice. A fantastic team with a very competent veterinarian.

Problems are solved immediately (as far as possible). The animals are treated with great care and affection! I think it's fantastic that there's a separate area for dogs and cats. Furthermore, everyone from the receptionist to the veterinarian is very competent and empathetic.

A fantastic, very kind, and empathetic veterinarian. She even took the time to see us on the holiday emergency shift and gave us helpful advice. She's very knowledgeable – we noticed that right away. Everything was great for our Labrador at the practice, even though he's quite a scaredy-cat. It's especially great that we can contact her on her mobile phone anytime if things get worse!
