The Vet Frau Sieslack is really helpful and friendly, I would say. We did not know too much about cats, she told us everything that we need. We got good brochures from there and also good experience.
I've been a patient of this practice for over 10 years with my animals. In those 10 years, I've never had any problems. They treat animals with the best possible care, using the most modern medical techniques. Whenever we've had an emergency, we've always been able to get an appointment quickly. I really appreciate that the practice team works with the best interests of the animal and treats them until the very end.

We are incredibly grateful to the practice and the entire team. Our cat unexpectedly suffered an acute emergency while we were looking after him on vacation, and the practice team reacted with absolute professionalism, speed, and competence from the very first moment. We were responsible for his care while he was on vacation and suddenly had to make decisions in an exceptional situation. Despite this, we never felt like "just" a substitute or that we weren't being taken seriously. On the contrary, we received incredibly empathetic support and assistance in every way. Communication with us was transparent and honest at all times. We were regularly informed, all options were openly discussed, and we never felt alone with our worries. Besides their professional expertise, we would especially like to emphasize their love for animals and their compassion. Our cat received incredibly attentive and calm care as an inpatient. The entire team was always friendly, supportive, and warm. Our visits didn't seem to be a nuisance; on the contrary, they seemed to welcome them. In a situation that was extremely emotionally stressful for us, this practice made a huge difference. We can wholeheartedly recommend them ♥️
