Dr. Wystub's team is very friendly. However when we have concerns about our cats, the solutions that are given to us were not very satisfactory. Although we communicated our concerns and questions, only the most basic care was chosen, and additional testing is skipped. We needed to go to the university for both our cats due to different problems at the end. It is good that this practice is very close to city center so that we can take our cats usual medicine there but we would prefer the university for consultations in the future.

It is a wonderful place and the vets and the stuff are really kind. We had to let go my beloved and very old cat who was suffering terribly and the vet, seeing me so upset, allowed to take time, and even offered to come home. I was allowed to cuddle my little one a little longer, without rush or urgency. When was has a fury friend like I had, for roughly 20 years, it was extremely important to leave us some time to say good bye, thanking each other for the time we had shared and dedicated to one another. Although incredibly sad, I am grateful it happened here and in this praxis. I hope this review helps others to find this good doctor for their fury friends.

I usually do not leave reviews, but this vet... My heart goes out to this wonderfull team! I found two young hedgehogs which were in desperate need of (medical) help. Not only does Dr. Kasper want to help, she also knows exactly what to do with wild animals and helps me with every step on the way to get them fixed up. The team is also super kind and friendly and there to help any time. While I waited an elderly woman came in asking for help to get her dog out of the car who had something with his paw. They IMMEDIATELY helped with absolute pleasure! And I also saw one of the staff members comforting a young lap dog that was about to wake up from sedation. It was the most loving thing ever, as if the doggo belonged to her. But nope, was "just" a patient. I can't stress this enough: This vet is by far the best I've EVER came across! They all have the heart in the right spot. Such lovely AND competent people! ♡ (Edited for photos: They had terrible skin issues, needed baths and now they are almost back to full health (and spikes)! Photos are from the start vs a few days ago. Couldn't have done this without Dr. Kasper! 🦔💞)

My cats are 8 years and they have had little problems time to time, but none of the previous vets gave me useful answers as Dr. Wystub does. He is so knowledgeable that I am tempted to ask him about human medical problems as well, because now my cat gets better diagnosis and treatment than me :D. He has a good solution for my cat's respiratory problem. One of the previous vets had prescribed asthma spray that didn't work, also was really scary to my cat. The staff are friendly and the price is reasonable.

We wish we never took our cat here. Dr. Wystub did not find any problems with her but decided to do a blood test anyway. He caused excessive bleeding from both legs while he tried repeatedly to draw blood. He never evaluated the blood test results--instead we had to call repeatedly just to get a copy of the results sent to us. With no help from Dr. Wystub, we later found an ingrown nail on our cat's paw, which was easy to trim and treat. We don't know how Dr. Wystub missed this while handling her paws to collect blood--we aren't vets, but we found it. Moreover, the blood test results showed elevated white blood cells consistent with an infection, but since Dr. Wystub never evaluated the results that he charged us for, he didn't identify the infection either. We will not go back.
