We visited Dr. Dockner for the first time last weekend. Our 4-year-old Golden Retriever was very ill. She handled the situation very competently and professionally. For this reason, we would entrust our dog to her again without hesitation.

Today was my first in-person appointment with our 12-year-old Jack Russell Terrier, Spencer, at Dr. Dockner's, and I have to say, my dog ​​has never been able to be examined without a muzzle at other veterinarians. It went smoothly today. Dr. Dockner was recommended to me, and I'm very pleased. She answered all my questions and explained my dog's upcoming treatment and surgery in detail. She even explained potential complications or additional, unforeseen procedures. Dr. Dockner is clear and straightforward, without any unnecessary fuss, which I personally appreciate, as I'm quite sensitive. Clear, logical explanations are a thousand times better than a lot of unnecessary chatter. Thank you, and see you next week! ☺️

I have been having my two Chihuahuas treated there for 16 years and can definitely say that Dr. Dockner is a capable veterinarian. For me, the overall well-being and health of my animals is paramount, and I feel I am in good hands there; they always have an open ear for the animals. I can only recommend them to everyone.

0 out of 5 stars, a vet with zero empathy. Her practice was unhygienic and poorly equipped. She didn't even properly examine our pet, just glanced in its ears and glanced at it with total disinterest, talked a lot, and then billed us for a full treatment without actually doing anything for the animal or helping it. She was incredibly rude and insolent, almost intrusive, and this is supposed to be a vet?! She simply treated the animal badly. Even the assistant who was there and walked us out afterward shook her head. Never again! No, I'm not an AI. I would be concerned if even my employees were shaking their heads at the boss in front of customers. It's simply unbelievable how they treat patients. I would seriously reconsider who I am! Apparently, there are already several people who are very dissatisfied; I'm probably one of them. My identity? I don't have to reveal it, and I won't!
