First impression: chaotic practice management, no assistant, lacking empathy, but the veterinarian seemed competent. Based on my five-year-old cat's blood work, kidney failure was diagnosed. Her diagnostic competence was confirmed at a veterinary clinic. However, what is completely unacceptable is the entirely incorrect and unnecessary antibiotic therapy WITHOUT any corresponding indication in the blood work! This was also confirmed by three other veterinarians independently! Regarding the costs, the veterinarian profited from the unnecessary antibiotics! And I found the lab costs exorbitant. I didn't pay nearly as much at the emergency veterinary clinic! Summary: Not recommended!! A rip-off!

Today was my first in-person appointment with our 12-year-old Jack Russell Terrier, Spencer, at Dr. Dockner's, and I have to say, my dog ​​has never been able to be examined without a muzzle at other veterinarians. It went smoothly today. Dr. Dockner was recommended to me, and I'm very pleased. She answered all my questions and explained my dog's upcoming treatment and surgery in detail. She even explained potential complications or additional, unforeseen procedures. Dr. Dockner is clear and straightforward, without any unnecessary fuss, which I personally appreciate, as I'm quite sensitive. She handled the dogs and customers poorly and was unhygienic. Our dog is very anxious, and she treated him badly. She pushed him against the wall, and he couldn't calm down. She started yelling at us that we couldn't hold him down and was rude. She pricked her finger and didn't get a new syringe, continuing to use the same one even though she pricked herself. Things didn't get better after the appointment; they got worse.

I visited Dr. Dockner today for the second time with my dog ​​and immediately felt very comfortable. She handles the animals with great care and is always happy to answer any questions. I found this veterinary practice to be very professional and friendly. I will definitely continue to take my dog ​​there in the future.

I called Dr. Dockner today because she was on call this weekend, and she responded very quickly. I was able to bring in my 15-year-old cat, who has a long medical history. The examination was extremely thorough and gentle – you can immediately tell that Dr. Dockner is a veterinarian with a passion for her work. She takes her time, explains everything clearly, and treats the cat with great care. The team is also fantastic: one of the staff members helped me carry my bag with the cat to the car, as instructed by the vet. The prices are very fair, especially for an emergency service on the weekend – comparable to some clinics. I feel I am in excellent hands here and will definitely come back. Dr. Dockner is competent, friendly, and dedicated – you can tell she loves her job.
