I am truly disappointed with this veterinary practice. My dog ​​had an acute problem that required surgery. But instead of helping, the vet told me that such a procedure could only be performed at an animal hospital and that she couldn't do anything. No attempt to find a solution, no offer of temporary treatment – ​​just the suggestion that I contact an (expensive) clinic. Luckily, I then went to another vet who performed the surgery immediately and without any problems. Professional, competent, and without trying to push me into an overpriced clinic. It seems to me that they simply don't want to treat certain cases and prefer to "refer" them to clinics. In my opinion, this is simply convenient for the practice, but extremely frustrating for pet owners who need quick help. I will definitely not be going back to this practice.

I'm relatively new to the practice, having recently moved. My three dogs, of varying ages, received loving care. My senior dog was treated with great expertise and care, and the pre- and post-operative care was excellent. The practice is very well-equipped to handle all kinds of issues, and you feel completely at ease in every situation (even the less pleasant ones). The receptionists are always friendly and smiling. Charly, Hank, and Ben send their heartfelt thanks.

Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. You call to ask if you can come in for an examination (the cat is in a bad situation), and they tell you on the phone that if you don't have at least €400 ready, you won't get an appointment anyway. Really very unfriendly and unprofessional, and in my opinion, truly ridiculous. On my last visit, they also simply added an extra service to the bill without anyone ever requesting it. Not to be trusted.

So, this was our last visit there. We were greeted very rudely and unmotivated on the phone. When we arrived, they started by taking her temperature instead of examining my cat, who was suffering from severe respiratory distress and rapid weight loss. After taking her temperature, they said, "The cat is more dead than alive, and treatment isn't worth it anymore," and that was just based on taking her temperature. We insisted on further tests, so they took x-rays, which revealed that her lungs and heart were affected. From that point on, the staff became absolutely awful. We weren't allowed any time to discuss the options; they created stress every time. Then we weren't even allowed to say goodbye to her; we were told to leave. In the end, we were charged over €300 all at once (no payment plan, nothing). On the phone, we were told to expect to pay only €200. 'The cat was more than dead than alive, and treatment wasn't even worth it. 'The cat was more than dead than alive, and treatment wasn't even offered ... The staff and the veterinarian are absolutely appalling, and in my opinion, it's no longer a veterinary clinic but a pure money-making scheme and animal cruelty, since the animals there are always deathly ill. The term "veterinarian" should be replaced with "animal euthanasia."
