I'm relatively new to the practice, having recently moved. My three dogs, of varying ages, received loving care. My senior dog was treated with great expertise and care, and the pre- and post-operative care was excellent. The practice is very well-equipped to handle all kinds of issues, and you feel completely at ease in every situation (even the less pleasant ones). The receptionists are always friendly and smiling. Charly, Hank, and Ben send their heartfelt thanks.
I took my dog to the emergency vet in October. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They didn't try to push any extra costs on me and explained upfront that the emergency service fees would be higher than usual. The treatment was excellent; my dog's pain was relieved, and I was pleasantly surprised, as I'm not used to that level of care from my own vet. Unfortunately, it's too far away for us to consider it our "regular" practice.
I've been a patient at this veterinary practice for over ten years and can wholeheartedly recommend it. One thing I'll never forget, though it was eight years ago, is that I'm especially grateful to Dr. Schmidt and Dr. Stein: After my cat spent two days hospitalized at a local practice and her condition hadn't improved, I immediately ended the stay there and, after consulting with the practice in Kenn, desperately switched to this one – and they acted immediately and saved her. I will always be incredibly grateful to them for that. My animals go to the practice without fear, which is a very important sign for me. Both the veterinarian and the entire team are always friendly, empathetic, and competent. You feel taken seriously and in good hands. When my dog had heart surgery four weeks ago, Ms. Knaudt lovingly kept me updated on her condition via email. She's rightly considered the heart and soul of the practice. It's a practice with a lot of heart, expertise, and genuine care for both animals and their owners. Thank you so much for the wonderful support over all these years!
Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. You call to ask if you can come in for an examination (the cat is in a bad situation), and they tell you on the phone that if you don't have at least €400 ready, you won't get an appointment anyway. Really very unfriendly and unprofessional, and in my opinion, truly ridiculous. On my last visit, they also simply added an extra service to the bill without anyone ever requesting it. Not to be trusted.
