We've been taking our two cats, Mochi (female) and Armin (male), to Anja Schulze's veterinary practice for some time now and would like to give it our highest recommendation. Mochi has already been neutered there, and Armin's neutering is scheduled soon. During every visit, we've felt that our animals are in excellent hands, both professionally and personally. Even upon entering, you can tell that order, tranquility, and well-being are paramount. Scheduling appointments is reliable and straightforward. Whether it's for vaccinations, check-ups, or procedures, we've always received thorough consultations, clear explanations, and friendly service. The practice employs several veterinarians, and every single one we've seen has been absolutely fantastic. Competent, empathetic, calm, clear in their explanations, and visibly dedicated. This consistently high quality makes it easy to trust the practice. The reception team also contributes significantly to this positive overall impression. Always friendly, attentive, patient, and solution-oriented, even when things get busy. You don't feel like just a number, but truly welcome. Regarding prices: The value for money is absolutely reasonable. Everything has become more expensive, yet the costs here seem realistic and fair. Veterinarians have never been cheap, and anyone taking in a pet should budget for the associated expenses. For us, everything here is just right: quality, care, time, explanations, and price. We will definitely not go to any other practice. Here, we have found trust, and our two animals are treated with respect, expertise, and genuine care. A clear recommendation for anyone looking for reliable, professional, and loving veterinary care.
