I traveled all the way from Erfurt with my Golden Retriever because my vet had discovered an enlarged heart during an X-ray. My appointment was right on time, the team was very friendly and approachable, and the vet's expertise and patience were outstanding. Not only was the examination completely transparent and well-supported for me as the owner, but the explanations, including a diagram on the whiteboard, were truly impressive. It couldn't be better. The veterinarian and her team are exceptionally competent, and you feel completely at ease there. The great friendliness and empathy of the entire team are also worth mentioning. Unfortunately, we had to have our cat put to sleep, and this took place in a setting appropriate to the sad occasion.
