Everything was great. The surgery went very well. The aftercare was excellent. Thank you.
Best vet ever!!!
After a long search, we finally found Dr. Löhden and are more than satisfied. We had a difficult case with our cat, who had several health issues, and she was the first person in a long time who actually listened to us before starting the examinations. She approached the situation in a truly solution-oriented way, allowing him to live well for another two years. When we had to let him go last May at almost 17 years old, she was also a great support to us. For the past seven months, we've had a 13-year-old Romanian rescue dog who, of course, has some minor health issues, and she's been a great help to us with him as well. We can wholeheartedly recommend her. :)
Not recommended in an emergency...my dog died a miserable death after ingesting poisoned bait, following a 36-hour struggle...I begged Dr. Löhden several times over three days to euthanize my dog...her response was that she didn't have time and I should contact another vet...so sad.
We contacted Dr. Löhden based on a recommendation because our cat had been hit by a car. The accident happened on a Thursday, and the initial treatment, including X-rays, was done at another veterinary practice that was reachable and open (Thursday at 7:30). By Sunday evening, our cat hadn't eaten or drunk a drop because of severe facial injuries. We were worried that the strong medication might cause kidney or liver failure, so we contacted Dr. Löhden and left a message on her voicemail. We patiently waited, and the relieving call finally came on Monday at noon. She couldn't answer immediately due to other commitments but called back right away. Unfortunately, it was back to voicemail again, so we left a message requesting an urgent callback. She called back a day later with the clear statement that she didn't have time. Thanks for nothing, we will never bother you again.
