We've been taking our dog to Dr. Michel for treatment for a few months now and always feel very well cared for there. He takes his time, explains everything clearly, and is very gentle with the animals – you can immediately tell that their well-being is his top priority. The practice team is also friendly, helpful, and well-organized. Appointments are easy to get, waiting times are usually short, and the atmosphere in the practice is pleasantly calm, which is especially helpful for nervous animals.
