The staff is very friendly and professional. I recommend everyone who has pets to come there.
Best veterinary service in the Bergstraße area, would highly recommend!
Friendly, competent and very caring team headed by a fantastic, down-to-earth and experienced vetinary surgeon. 5 stars from myself and our many pets🙂
Here, your animal receives fast, excellent, and highly competent care. The animal is the focus, and the entire team does its utmost to ensure this. Owners are treated honestly, openly, and with great empathy.
We've been taking our dog to Dr. Michel for treatment for a few months now and always feel very well cared for there. He takes his time, explains everything clearly, and is very gentle with the animals – you can immediately tell that their well-being is his top priority. The practice team is also friendly, helpful, and well-organized. Appointments are easy to get, waiting times are usually short, and the atmosphere in the practice is pleasantly calm, which is especially helpful for nervous animals.
