We've been taking our dog there for 11 years, and even before that, we took our rabbits. The treatments are excellent, the prices are reasonable, you can get an appointment quickly, and you usually don't have to wait long. Best vet!
Ever since I was a child, we've always come here with our dogs. And we still do. Luckily, my dogs are always very healthy, so I usually only need to come for vaccinations. Sometimes the waiting times are quite long, I have to say. But now there's a sign saying that from September 2019 onwards, afternoon appointments are required, while mornings are walk-in. If it's well-organized, the long waiting times should be a thing of the past. The waiting room hasn't really changed much since before. The staff and the vet are very friendly. There's parking on the street or around the corner. There's no air conditioning.
I'm very satisfied! The vet is empathetic and very friendly. So far, she's always treated my cats quickly and spontaneously when necessary. She has a very calm manner, doesn't try to sell you anything unnecessary, and listens actively. Her assistants are also very nice and professional! I enjoy going to the practice because I know we're in good hands there! Thank you 🙏
We needed an appointment for our two dogs at short notice. On the phone, I spoke to a gruff, grumpy woman who gave me an appointment. At the clinic, however, there was a very nice veterinarian (who hadn't spoken on the phone) who took excellent and thorough care of our dogs. We were very satisfied and would gladly come back.
This is a very personal and emotional message. The indispensable role of OUR long-time veterinarian, Dr. Nees-Scheu, AND MY final declaration of love AS A PET OWNER A final declaration of love and a farewell To all friends, acquaintances, and animal lovers, With deep sorrow, but also boundless gratitude, I had to let our beloved dog, Luki, go last night. His release was an act of love and necessary, yet it is the third and final farewell of this kind that I have been able to, and therefore must, bear in my life as a dog owner. I have always loved dogs more than almost anything else. For nearly 25 years, every second with my companions was a priceless gift. I have deeply appreciated the unconditional joy, the adventures, and the profound bond that only a dog can give. However, love comes at a price. Three times in my life I've had to hold my best friend's paw until his very last breath – a service I always performed out of love, but one that has placed a burden on my soul I can no longer bear. I must now be honest with myself: I can no longer welcome another dog into my life. The prospect of yet another inevitable goodbye breaks my heart and is beyond my emotional strength. Therefore, this is not only a farewell to Luki, Skippy, and Peppi, but also my farewell to the wonderful role of dog owner. I will cherish these almost 25 years and wish all those who are still fortunate enough to share their lives with an animal all the very best. A special thank you In this context, I would like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Nees-Scheu, her wonderful, empathetic assistants, and the veterinarian on Saturdays. For almost 20 years, she stood by us with her absolute expertise and unwavering care, lovingly guiding the lives of my dogs, AND those of family members for about 30 years... My sincere thanks also go to Dr. Uhl, who twice came to our aid in desperate situations when I could find no other help, and who graciously put my dogs Luki and Peppi to sleep. I will never forget this final act of love you performed in my greatest hour of need.
