Ever since I was a child, we've always come here with our dogs. And we still do. Luckily, my dogs are always very healthy, so I usually only need to come for vaccinations. Sometimes the waiting times are quite long, I have to say. But now there's a sign saying that from September 2019 onwards, afternoon appointments are required, while mornings are walk-in. If it's well-organized, the long waiting times should be a thing of the past. The waiting room hasn't really changed much since before. The staff and the vet are very friendly. There's parking on the street or around the corner. There's no air conditioning.
We've been going there with our dog for 11 years, and even before that with our rabbits. The treatments are excellent, the value is right, you can get an appointment quickly, and you usually don't have to wait long. Best vet
After our vet suddenly closed, we went to see Ms. Ness and are very satisfied. She is very friendly and welcomed our Tyson well; he felt at home. We are happy to have found a good vet again.
This is a very personal and emotional message. The indispensable role of OUR long-time veterinarian, Dr. Nees-Scheu, AND MY final declaration of love as a pet owner A final declaration of love and a farewell To all friends, acquaintances, and animal lovers, With deep pain, but also infinite gratitude, I had to let our beloved dog, Luki, go last night. His release was an act of love and necessary, but it is the third and final farewell of this kind that I have been able to endure in my life as a dog owner, and therefore must. I have always loved dogs more than almost anything else. For almost 25 years, every second with my companions has been a priceless gift. I have deeply appreciated the unconditional joy, the adventures, and the deep connection that only a dog can give. However, love has its price. I've now had to hold my best friend's paw until his last breath three times in my life – a service I've always performed out of love, but which has placed a burden on my soul that I can no longer bear. I must now be honest with myself: I can no longer welcome another dog into my life. The prospect of another inevitable farewell breaks my heart and exceeds my emotional strength. Therefore, this is not only a farewell to Luki, Skippy, and Peppi, but also my farewell to the wonderful role of being a dog owner. I will cherish these almost 25 years and wish only the best to all those who are still fortunate enough to have an animal to accompany them. A special thank you In this context, I would like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Nees-Scheu, her wonderful, empathetic assistants, and the veterinarian on Saturdays. She supported us for almost 20 years with her absolute expertise and unwavering care, accompanying the lives of my dogs and family members' dogs with great dedication for about 30 years.... My sincere thanks also go to Dr. Uhl, who twice stood by us in emergency situations when I couldn't find any other help and put my dogs Luki and Peppi out of their misery. I will never forget this final act of love you performed in my greatest time of need.
