Very professional and friendly. Mr. Klumpp seems to be able to communicate with animals because he always finds the reasons and solutions for their problems. His son Merlin (assistant) seems to be also following very well in his footsteps!👍😊

We are satisfied. We always get appointments easily and at short notice. Mr. Klumpp is always very even-tempered, calm, and empathetic. Our decision to monitor stool samples instead of using regular deworming treatments, and not to have our dog spayed, was accepted and not constantly questioned. We gladly accept the sometimes long waiting times, even with an appointment, because Mr. Klumpp always takes a lot of time for each patient! My only criticism is the, in my opinion, somewhat cramped conditions (waiting room, outdoor area). Our dog still doesn't like it there! But who actually enjoys going to the vet? 😀

I take my cat to Dr. Klumpp for treatment and am very satisfied, as he is a kind and empathetic person. He is a very experienced veterinarian with decades of experience. He and his team are always available to answer any questions. We are very happy.

A very friendly and empathetic veterinarian. His son sometimes works in the practice as well. The veterinary assistants who support them make a great team with the doctors. If I ever have two cats again, or even just one, I will definitely choose Dr. Klumpp as their regular vet. I'm a real cat mom, even though I love dogs; cats are so incredibly independent, and I just love that!
