Very positive: A very empathetic, competent, and kind veterinarian who takes his time with you. We received a warm welcome and excellent advice; it was very relaxed and calm, especially for our new Samoyed puppy. The only negative: Only EC card payments are accepted, not VISA.
A very empathetic and respectful veterinarian. It was the first and sadly last time I went to this vet. It was about my almost 17-year-old cat, who unfortunately suffered from kidney failure and had to be euthanized. I usually go to Dr. Marx, but he was on vacation, so I went to Dr. Göddenhenrich. The only thing I regret is not having gone to him sooner. He explained a lot about what was wrong with her, how everything worked, what he was going to do, and what would happen. To be honest, at first I was quite distraught and a little annoyed because I knew my beloved cat was nearing the end, and he was explaining things that I didn't understand at all in that state. But as things became more serious and the time for saying goodbye approached, he was very empathetic, and even though I didn't understand everything, it was comforting that he didn't remain silent during those difficult moments. He repeatedly left the room to give me time to say goodbye, and when he returned, he even knocked at his own practice. As difficult as saying goodbye to my dearest companion was, I was glad to have been with him. He cares not only about the well-being of the animal but also about the owners. And for that, I am very grateful. 🌻
I've been going there for a while now, and I have to say he's a very friendly and helpful vet. The lady is very friendly too. I always enjoy coming here; he explains everything calmly and even gives me some tips. My dog also loves it here. Keep up the great work, you guys are fantastic!! ♡♡♡♡
We were told our cat had asthma and prescribed tablets to take permanently. Despite this, he didn't get any better. Then we went to this vet for a second opinion, and they immediately recognized it was an inflammation. We got him eye drops – and after just two days, our cat completely stopped coughing and sneezing. (He had been suffering for six months.) You can tell right away that the vet knows what he's talking about and truly cares. The assistant is also incredibly kind, and you can tell she really loves animals. Highly recommended!
