I met the vet during an emergency with my dog. My Labrador stopped eating, became withdrawn, and ultimately couldn't get back on her feet, so I had to contact an emergency vet while on vacation. I'm incredibly grateful to have been referred to this practice, with Dr. Choucair as our attending vet. Dr. Choucair has extensive expertise in his field! He was very attentive to my description of the situation and extremely willing to help us and find out what was wrong with my dog. With his knowledge, dedication, and the appropriate tests, he was able to confirm his suspicion. He saved her life because the effects of a tick bite, which transmitted babesiosis, had already enlarged her spleen to such an extent that organ failure was a real possibility. Luckily for us, despite this rare tick infection, he had the appropriate medication on hand. I am simply incredibly grateful for this vet's dedication, which saved my dog's life! I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I have never experienced such warmth and competence combined in one practice. The entire team is so friendly and dedicated to their work. Dogs and owners are always greeted warmly, even during emergency appointments. Examinations are thorough, and questions are not brushed aside but taken seriously and explained. The practice is perfectly equipped and organized. Thank you for being a veterinarian like you, thank you for making us feel like more than just a number, and thank you for your passion for your work.

A fantastic team of doctors who do everything they can to determine a true diagnosis and provide the right treatment. No unnecessary medications that are useless and drain your wallet. Lilli, the cat, suffered for years with severe skin infections that simply wouldn't heal, and she was even at risk of sepsis, putting her life in doubt. The medical team investigated the case until a cure was finally found, and our Lilli was able to be a cat again. It was a terrible time because it dragged on for years. We are so incredibly grateful for the persistence in finding a diagnosis that led to the cure...they don't give up...fantastic!!! A huge thank you to everyone.

We've been going there with our pets since the beginning. I first noticed the clinic through their really good Facebook page, even before it opened. There are many options for examining your pet, but you're definitely not being talked into anything or ripped off. You get sensible advice, and we feel very comfortable there with the animals. Even difficult issues are handled sensitively, and you're guided through them very well. Thanks to the entire team.

I would like to sincerely thank Ms. Hartmann and the entire team for their competent and caring advice. It was my first time at the practice with my Irish Setter, Nala, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it. We received such a warm welcome, and I immediately felt well cared for. Unfortunately, my diagnosis was confirmed, but my worries and anxieties were somewhat alleviated by an informative consultation. We wish the entire practice team all the best. We are so glad they exist.
