Very unfriendly on the phone. They helped quickly, but then they couldn't accept card payments. A very old lady ran the "practice," if you can call it that... You wait on plastic garden chairs, it all seemed very unprofessional. I hope the animals needing her help aren't seriously ill. And she kept insisting on immediate payment.

Not recommended. We had an emergency last night. We called, and the answering machine was on. Even though I left a message and asked for a call back, there was no response. We had to see another vet that night because it became acute. They called back the next morning at 9:15. I'll never call them again.
