Hans-Wilhelm Hennings Tierarzt

My family has been taking various animals to Dr. Hennings for over 40 years. The last time was three weeks ago when he had to euthanize my 18-year-old cat. He has a calm demeanor and is always available to offer advice and assistance. I'm wondering which veterinarian I can go to when Dr. Hennings eventually retires. Most vets these days are only interested in making money. The animal and its owner aren't always treated with the same care.

We dropped by spontaneously because our dog suddenly became very ill. Since Dr. Hennings works without appointments (on a first-come, first-served basis), we were fortunately seen quickly. At the large veterinary practice in Altenbruch, we were unfortunately turned away because we didn't have an appointment (animal illnesses are unpredictable, so it's a real shame how little the vet in Altenbruch seems to care about the animals' well-being). Dr. Hennings is also very concerned about the animal's well-being and has a very calming effect. In case of emergency, we now know where to find a good vet in Cuxhaven.

I am very satisfied with Mr. Hennings; he is a very good veterinarian, always friendly to people and ready to offer advice. Even when a beloved pet is too sick, Mr. Hennings always tries to do everything possible to help the animal, or, if all else fails, to prevent the animal from suffering. This was the case with one of my cats who, after years of illness, one day became so sick that her pain was relieved and she passed away peacefully. I also want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Hennings, who always has comforting words when one has tears in their eyes.

He's always there for you, no matter the time. Dr. Henning is a very nice veterinarian, just like his wife. He's professional and dedicated, helping wildlife just as much as pets.
