Reviews
Excellent practice; they have always reliably helped us with both our dogs and our birds. Appointments were always very prompt. I feel they are always reachable by phone, and when it was urgent, they were able to squeeze me in at short notice. The price/performance ratio is more than fair. There's hardly any waiting time at the practice, the waiting room is never crowded, and the veterinary assistant is so caring and kind to all our animals. The medications Dr. Habermann suggested have always worked reliably, and I never feel like I'm receiving anything unnecessary. I'm glad to be a patient at this practice.
I took my boxer there today as an emergency case. Dr. Habermann is very nice. She took care of my dog immediately, even though she's not our usual vet. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend her!
I don't want to doubt this vet's competence; I assume if she's truly interested in something, she's good. However, she's not for us. She didn't address our concerns about our cat, offering explanations instead of ignoring us or examining him properly. Five minutes of palpation for €15 (just for the examination) seemed a bit expensive, especially since it wasn't even thorough. I wouldn't recommend her and I'm glad I listened to my gut feeling and went to another vet.
I switched from a good vet to her because she's simply much closer. And I'm completely satisfied. She's always there when you (or your pet) need her, whether it's the weekend or if her son is getting married. She doesn't want the animals to suffer and refuses unnecessary treatment. Dr. Habermann has truly turned her passion into her profession. I'm very grateful to her.
I've been taking our 3-year-old Labrador Retriever, Sam, to your practice for about two years now and I'm more than satisfied. Both Dr. Habermann and her assistant are excellent at handling our energetic dog and are always friendly (unfortunately, I've had a different experience at another veterinary practice). Furthermore, she's always reachable by phone, and if you do need to bring your pet in, the waiting room is usually occupied by only one other animal, unlike other practices that are packed with animals. The prices are also excellent, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice to anyone who wants their pet to receive the best possible care.
