A very empathetic veterinarian, he takes his time and explains things in detail. He also comes to your home or to a location of your choice if you don't want the animal euthanized in the practice. I highly recommend Dr. Bergmann. I will also go back to Dr. Bergmann with my new dog.

He didn't treat my cat because, in his opinion, he was too aggressive. What animal isn't when in pain? He didn't even bother to try...now, at the next vet right afterward, he was treated very empathetically, and the vet knew how to treat him! So much for Dr. Bergmann's empathy and commitment.

Our cat needed to have his eyes examined with a slit lamp due to clouding, so we drove 70 kilometers. The entire practice team was very friendly, and Dr. Bergmann, in particular, impressed us with his kind and calm manner. Our cat didn't mind the animal-friendly treatment either. The subsequent explanation of the findings and the next steps was explained to us very clearly, with plenty of time and a helpful diagram. The trip to Bremen was well worth it. Very friendly staff. Dr. Bergmann has a very good rapport with my cats. He is very competent and honest about his limitations, then refers patients to a good clinic. He also takes his time for the final and most difficult step, and my previous cats were able to fall asleep in my arms. I can highly recommend this veterinarian.
