Dr. Irene Prothmann

This veterinarian is not even allowed to practice as a veterinarian. She committed a failure to provide assistance to a dog that was still there in time when it ate poison and could have still been helped. She did not help and sent the owner home, not to another veterinarian. No, she preferred to go on vacation.

Sandra Bothe seems to be confusing Ms. Prothmann with another veterinarian. None of her statements align with Ms. Prothmann's thoughtful and attentive approach. In critical cases and suspected poisoning, she refers you to the animal hospital. If the owner then doesn't follow her advice… I am convinced of Ms. Prothmann's expertise and her thoughtful and caring treatment of animals. She gave my cat, who had been given up on at the animal hospital, two more wonderful years of life thanks to her homeopathic expertise.

Even though we have many veterinarians in the immediate area, I'm happy to drive a little further to have my dogs treated by Dr. Prothmann. I've been in the practice since 2003, now with my fourth dog. When Dr. Prothmann is on vacation, I don't want to go to anyone else except in emergencies. I only trust her, partly because I don't feel like I'm being ripped off (I've often wondered at other practices whether everything that was prescribed and ordered was really necessary...). I'm so incredibly happy that she also treats dogs so well with homeopathy!

A very, very kind vet! Exactly what I was looking for for my shy, anxious kitty, who seemed to feel at ease during the treatment.

Dr. Irene Prothmann is a wonderful veterinarian. She always helps my cats very well and is extremely empathetic. She uses homeopathic and conventional treatments, as the situation demands. My cats and I feel very well cared for by Dr. Prothmann.
