Everything went very well. I got an appointment for one of our cats almost the next day. The doctor came well prepared, on time and super competent, professional and polite. He listened intently and advised us on the right cause of action. We even got a follow up appointment scheduled right away plus to check in on our other cat. I can highly recommend the service. Way less stress on your pets and way faster than a normal vet visit where we here in Bremen usually had to wait for an appointment for weeks to get on the schedule even with an acute concern.

We made an appointment to update the vaccines for our fur baby. The vet who served us was Susanne Vogler and she was an absolute delight. She spoke to us in English, which was a huge relief, and she was very friendly, efficient, and made our dog feel comfortable the entire time. Thank you Susanne!

She was awesome with me and so patient Beccy loved her and she was so calm with her. The Dr herself is so cute and nice i recommend her for everyone. Keep it up team you are doing so well ♥️

Two back to back appointments cancelled just hours before the agreed time(6-7 hours) They gladly charge you a fee if you cancel appointments within 24h of agreed time, but don’t hold themselves to the same standards. You cannot trust them with your pets. Stay away and go to the real vet

My cat had a constipation, Dr. Hany Aboseif arrived very quickly, applied medication and right after that Luna immediately went to the toilet. He left clear instructions and brought me an extra medication just in case, was very efficient and professional. His last diagnosis for our other cat also got confirmed at the clinic and we could treat Bato efficiently and now he's recovered after OP and feeling much better. We are so grateful to this service and the professionals helping us!
