We've been customers for many years and have absolutely no complaints! They are highly competent and the whole team is extremely friendly! Animal welfare is always their top priority! Of course, you need to allow a little time... but my pets are worth it... after all, they take individual time for each animal... so it's impossible to give an exact timeframe for how long an examination takes! We highly recommend them!

For a long time, I visited Ms. Hagn's practice with my cat several times a week. Because my cat had a benign tumor on one of his hind legs, which unfortunately kept growing back, part of the leg had to be amputated. The process was difficult for all of us, as my cat has a very strong temperament and refused to rest, even though it was absolutely necessary. He also spent two weeks at a time with Ms. Hagn's practice because he received the best care there. His wound has now completely healed, and his hair is growing back. He's the same as he was before his illness. The entire team took incredibly good care of our cat. He felt incredibly comfortable in the practice, even though he was kept in a cage. I've had so many conversations with other owners in the waiting room. It was clear that Ms. Hagn and her team have helped so many people. It was never a problem that I often had to bring my children with me. What this team achieves is not something to be taken for granted, and I would like to express my gratitude again on behalf of all of us. Especially to Sonny, who now radiates incredible joie de vivre again.

We were welcomed warmly as new clients with my cat Baghira! Although appointments aren't available, the wait wasn't very long! The vet and staff were very friendly! The treatment was thorough and very effective! The price-performance ratio is excellent! I'm very satisfied, hence the full five stars!!! Many thanks to the entire team!
