We came to Germany from Ukraine with our 11-year-old dog and were initially very apprehensive about going to the vet. We didn't know how we would be received, whether we would be understood, or whether everything would go smoothly. But from the very first moment we entered this practice, we felt incredibly welcome. The entire team is incredibly friendly, empathetic, and professional. The veterinarians performed everything with great care and expertise, explaining each step clearly and taking plenty of time for us. The loving way they treated our older dog was especially important to us—you can immediately tell that they work with a big heart and genuine care. If it were possible, we would give them not just 5 stars, but 5+ stars. A huge thank you to the whole team—we wholeheartedly recommend this practice!

We've had dogs for 30 years and have never been to any other veterinary practice. Dr. Grätz and Dr. Kurt were both very kind and competent. But the new veterinarian who's there now is so unfriendly that I'm seriously considering switching practices.
