I've been taking my dogs to Dr. Buck for over 10 years. I was always satisfied, but what happened to me in December 2025 left me speechless. My dog ​​was critically ill and couldn't go on. He needed another examination, even though I already knew there was no saving him, that he had to be euthanized. I couldn't get an appointment with Dr. Buck. The answer was: he only does dental work now. I should contact an animal hospital. HELLO! It's heartbreaking to be turned away for the hardest part of what you have to do with your pet! And to have to subject the animal to a completely unfamiliar environment in such a situation. That's not the kind of vet I want for my animals!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've been going to Dr. Buck's veterinary practice for quite some time now, and every time I feel that my cats are in the best hands. I usually arrive with some worries, but I always leave with a sense of peace of mind. Most recently, I was there for my cat's FORL surgery. The treatment, the explanations, and the entire process were consistently calm, professional, and trustworthy. The practice is friendly, well-organized, and the animals' well-being is clearly their top priority. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

I simply cannot understand all the fake 5-star reviews! The truth is this: THIS IS A PROFIT-ORIENTED BUSINESS THAT DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING ABOUT ANIMAL WELFARE! Despite repeated requests and explanations about my dog's condition, I was very rudely and firmly referred to a veterinary clinic in my area. This was after I asked if they could at least recommend a place to go if they couldn't help my dog ​​because they were only scheduling surgeries that day. The fact that my dog ​​already has an infection and is in excruciating pain was completely irrelevant to the woman on the phone. I feel very badly treated and would advise anyone who cares about their pet to avoid this establishment. (I don't want to call this person a veterinarian). I hope they receive God's just punishment for their heartless behavior!
