I had an emergency (our pet passport vaccinations had run out just as we about to travel) and this vet was so kind as to fit my dog in. Really calm, kind & friendly with my dog. My German is not so great but the staff here really helped and kindly spoke to me in English. Highly recommend.

We have been going to Dr. Mennemier since 2022 when we first moved to Germany. She is an awesome vet , my dog Archie loves her. She is calm and listens to all our doubts patiently and answers them all. Also special mention to the nurse Daniel, he is very sweet and knows to handle large dogs. Highly recommend Dr. Mennemier and her clinic.

After eight years as patients at this practice, we are very disappointed with our recent visit. My husband visited the practice without an appointment in an acute emergency and, at the very least, expected respectful and professional treatment. Instead, he was once again treated by the assistant in an unfriendly and condescending manner. I understand that unannounced emergencies can disrupt the practice's workflow. Precisely for this reason, the treatment of long-term patients in stressful situations should still be respectful and appropriate. Unfortunately, such behavior leaves a very negative impression and is not in line with what I have come to expect from this practice over many years.
