Dr. Kirsten Eulenburg & Dr. Carolina von Einem

I visited the veterinary practice for the second time today with my cat (15 years old). Once with Dr. Von Eulenburg and once with Dr. Von Einem. Each time I felt I received expert and empathetic care for my somewhat "difficult" cat. Thanks also to the friendly veterinary assistant, who showed great patience and affection. And the receptionist was very kind.

We are always treated competently and kindly, even with a dog who is "a bit quirky" and has special needs. Unfortunately, my four-legged friend doesn't appreciate this; she's always very stressed. Therefore, it's great for us that we're allowed to wait outside. Many thanks from Tygra and her humans!

We unfortunately had to put our beloved, very old cat down. Dr. Eulenburg took a great deal of time with him and was very sensitive, empathetic, calm, and compassionate. Thank you so much for accompanying us on his final journey...

Nice and friendly staff, competent veterinarians. We have been happy customers of this practice for a long time, but it is disproportionately expensive, as certain services are very high and sometimes charged twice. Unnecessary examinations that are simply carried out without contributing to a diagnosis are, of course, billed at a high rate. This means that a few minutes at the vet can result in a bill of over 400 euros. The prices are not fair, and even when objections are raised, there is absolutely no ability to accept criticism. Of course, they are aware that the GOT has been involved and that a practice also has to earn its money, but this is ultimately just profit-oriented with no consideration for customers or animals.

My cat was always well treated and cared for. The prices are reasonable and reflect the level of treatment. The practice and veterinary team are very friendly.
