I took my dog ​​to the practice last week for an emergency appointment because our regular vet wasn't available. The entire team was very kind and caring; I felt very well advised and looked after.

Dr. Rudolph has been caring for me and my cats for five years now. He's always willing to listen to questions and concerns, the team is super friendly, and you just feel like you're in good hands. A practice you rarely find these days. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Rudolph and the team for their help and support with my cats in all their circumstances.

Hello fellow animal lovers, Our experience with Dr. Rudolph was excellent. Despite the waiting room being packed, he spent 35 minutes advising us in detail, taking into account our needs and those of our dog. Our dog has an inoperable brain tumor and could have been euthanized during the CT scan, but we decided against it. He's now had almost six good months; who knows how many more he'll have. Until two weeks ago, we were seeing a different vet, and we increasingly felt like we were abusing animals. Dr. Rudolph lifted this burden from us and reinforced our decision. Thank you again!

We've actually always been very satisfied with the practice and Dr. Falk Rudolph. However, we recently came to him with an emergency, and he didn't take the time our young dog needed, which ultimately led to an incorrect diagnosis, or rather, no diagnosis at all. After getting a second opinion, an emergency operation was scheduled, which saved our little one's life. We're very glad we went to another practice and were able to recognize our dog's life-threatening situation. Everyone makes mistakes or is stressed, but unfortunately, such mistakes can be unforgivable.
