My dog ​​had a head injury and was having seizures. I called around lunchtime and was able to come immediately, whereas others wouldn't even answer the phone. The help was very quick, straightforward, and professional. I was extremely grateful for the prompt assistance. She truly knows her stuff.

Dr. Glibotic provided excellent care for our daughter's guinea pig. She is very empathetic towards both people and animals and treats them with absolute professionalism. We were even able to come to the practice at very short notice, even outside of regular office hours. Fast service – always available – reliable – very friendly – ​​competent! Simply outstanding! Generally, she's a nice and empathetic vet, but here's the thing: she's sometimes way off the mark when it comes to diagnoses, which, as in our case, can have fatal consequences. The animal could only be euthanized at the veterinary clinic with an injection directly into its heart, which is incredibly painful for the animal. If the animal had been euthanized seven days earlier, as the owner requested, things would have been different, and at 15 years old, euthanasia would have been perfectly justifiable in case of illness, since owners know their pet and whether something is wrong or if it's suffering. Case two: a puppy, initially considered relatively healthy, which we thankfully took to the veterinary clinic. Unfortunately, it passed away last Saturday at 14 weeks old. Perhaps in this case, if you're unsure about a dog's condition, refer it to the veterinary clinic if you simply can't provide the necessary diagnostics and don't make statements like, "Well, it's not that bad," as you can see (it had pneumonia). A clear misjudgment, unfortunately, for the second time, each time with significant consequences for the animal. What a shame.

Our 4.5-month-old Border Terrier puppy received excellent care from this vet. We called early in the morning and were able to go to the practice just half an hour later. There, our very sick dog was thoroughly examined, treated kindly, and given the necessary medication to treat his fever and infection. Follow-up was excellent, as we had to return for a check-up at 8 a.m. the next day. If his condition worsened in the coming hours, we were told we could contact him at any time. Meanwhile, our Border Terrier is recovering well. Despite the language barrier (I don't speak German myself), we were able to communicate well in English. This vet is very gentle, kind, and professional. We were very worried but couldn't have received better care than from Dr. Cathrin. Our dog was even excited to see her again the next day! Thank you again so much!
