This morning, my cat was seriously injured by a car. I immediately drove to Prenzlau, hoping to find a veterinarian who could quickly help the wounded animal. It's incomprehensible that someone would be turned away in such an emergency, especially since they were open for surgery. I am deeply disappointed and very angry about the way the animal's welfare was handled. Of course, I didn't have an appointment, but how could I? This tragedy was unpredictable. Thanks for nothing...

This veterinary practice is an outrage. As other reviews have already mentioned, even in emergencies, they don't take you seriously and turn you away. During the consultation, they refer you to the animal hospital. The animal hospital itself says the local vet can handle it. It's truly sad that animals are subjected to unnecessary travel because the reception staff is incompetent. Thanks for that, absolutely not recommended.
