This morning my cat was badly injured by a car. I immediately drove to Prenzlau, hoping to find a veterinarian who could quickly help the injured animal. It's incomprehensible that I was turned away in such an emergency, especially since it was during office hours. I am deeply disappointed and very angry about the way the animal's welfare was treated. Admittedly, I didn't have an appointment, but how could I have... this accident was unforeseen. Thanks for nothing...

For me, they're absolutely the best team here in Prenzlau. They look after my three cats and sometimes me too, when I'm too worried about my Scottish Fold cat. He's a product of selective breeding, and he gets his Solensia treatment there every month. They've given both him and me a better quality of life, and above all, time with him. At 10 years old, he's already considered an old-timer, and many cats don't even reach that age. No matter how many questions I've had, or still have, I'm never brushed off. I can wholeheartedly recommend them and would never go anywhere else. You guys are simply the best, and I thank you for everything.

I have two Bolonkas and have been receiving friendly, loving, and expert care from Dr. Dobbert and her team for years. Questions are answered thoroughly by phone or in person. We can't imagine going to any other practice. Thank you so much!
