We had to take our cat to the practice today for emergency services. The wait was very long, but that's to be expected in an emergency setting, and we were informed of this when we called. I was very pleasantly surprised that we were called back. We tried once, but then were unsure whether we needed to see the vet or not. The practice has free coffee and water dispensers. The assistant was very friendly and helpful, despite the busy schedule. The vet was very nice, took a close look at our cat, and explained everything. We felt very well looked after, and our cat is already feeling so much better after the first few injections that she was eating. We would come back anytime and can only recommend the practice based on our short experience. Thank you so much for everything!

We took our cat Leo to the emergency room on October 12th because he had unfortunately swallowed a foreign object. Despite the busy schedule that day, we were completely satisfied. Dr. Kempf took plenty of time with his animal patients and explained everything in detail. Our Leo had to be admitted as an inpatient and underwent surgery. The practice kept us informed about the next steps and his condition at all times. There is a free coffee machine, and the practice was very clean. After three days and a successful surgery, we were allowed to take Leo home, and we are grateful for Dr. Kempf's help. You can tell he's passionate about his job. He's a very personable doctor who cares deeply about the welfare of animals. We would come back anytime and recommend him! Once home, our Leo is back to his old self. Thank you so much!

We were in the practice on Friday as an emergency. Our dog was in such a bad way 😢. Dr. Kempf welcomed us warmly. And his colleague. Everything was explained to us. Every little question was answered. And they were so loving to our dog. And so kind to us. In the end, she had to have surgery. Dr. Kempf lovingly and intensively cared for our dog throughout the night. I can 1000 percent recommend this practice, Dr. Kempf, his colleagues, and the team.
