Top Team 👍👍👍👍👍
Unfortunately, I never met Dr. Kampf, even though I'd heard many good things about him. We went to his practice on a Saturday for an emergency because my dog had injured his leg. Dr. Maischneider was on duty. She completely ignored the leg, focusing instead on his spine. My dog was terrified and in pain, and his body stiffened up completely. It doesn't take a medical degree to know that reflexes aren't possible in that situation. She made me feel very insecure and referred me to the veterinary clinic in Bramsche, which we did. In short, it's just a bruise on the leg. This vet will never treat my dog again. I'm giving one star because I was able to get an appointment at short notice on a Saturday.
I cannot recommend this veterinary practice to dog owners with nervous animals. Despite our prior request, the needs of our anxious dog were completely ignored. He was greeted with a chokehold instead of treats and a calm approach. The equipment also seems to be incorrectly calibrated: on the scale in the waiting area, our dog suddenly weighed 3 kg less than a week earlier at another vet and a few days later on the scale at the pet supply store; and with the practice's two scanners, the search for his microchip took several minutes instead of the two seconds it had taken everywhere else. We will not be returning.
We were in the practice on Friday as an emergency. Our dog was in such a bad way 😢. Dr. Kempf welcomed us warmly. And his colleague. Everything was explained to us. Every little question was answered. And they were so loving to our dog. And so kind to us. In the end, she had to have surgery. Dr. Kempf lovingly and intensively cared for our dog throughout the night. I can 1000 percent recommend this practice, Dr. Kempf, his colleagues, and the team. Top practice 🫶 I would also give them 10 stars. Everyone was so caring. Towards people and animals 🙏 Thanks again
We were in Arnsberg over the weekend and had an emergency with our dog. I was greeted warmly on the phone and an appointment was scheduled. Dr. Kempf took plenty of time, explained everything thoroughly, and helped me. The team at the practice is also very friendly. It's a shame we live so far away 😌
