The veterinary practice is absolutely fantastic! My husband took our English Bulldog/Labrador puppy there today for his vaccinations, microchipping, and deworming. According to him, both the vet and the vet tech were incredibly empathetic and highly competent! We're so happy to have such a wonderful team by our dog's side from now on 🥰 And even though it was Tuesday morning, the wait, including the treatment, didn't last longer than an hour... but even longer waits are easily manageable.

Thank you, Dr. Rust. I was a patient of yours for almost six years, until we moved. You helped my princess overcome her intestinal problems and regain her strength. You also corrected her acute selenium deficiency, allowing her to build muscle again. When we move back to Halle, we won't go to anyone else but you.

The veterinary practice in Hettstedt... completely unfriendly and uncaring. They wouldn't let you get a word in edgewise. They don't care about the animal's well-being. They only care about the money. Zero compassion. They're immediately aggressive and quick-tempered. They won't be seeing me again. I immediately found a wonderful, compassionate, and incredibly empathetic vet whom I would recommend without hesitation. But words fail me here. I've never experienced anything like it. You have to recount your entire animal's life story instead of just having it examined. For the next vet, only the age mattered, and then one glance was enough. I can only advise everyone to avoid this vet. Even the veterinary assistant—everything else was friendly. When I had already decided in the waiting room that I should leave, I was pushed back into the chair.

I've been going to this practice for 11 years and am very satisfied. Everyone is very nice and always tries their best. Sure, there are sometimes long waiting times, but if you're out again after 5 minutes, it doesn't help the animal or the owner. But many people forget that. Unfortunately. When you have to go to the doctor yourself, you're not done in 5 minutes either. So keep up the good work, and prices have gone up everywhere, so no one can complain. And a pet is part of the family, so the complaints from many are very unfair. I will gladly continue to come to your practice. 😍
