The woman simply won't go. Without empathy, customers are sent away. The dog had a swollen face and was having trouble breathing. She simply didn't treat the poor animal. It could have died. Or you come there as an emergency, the dog was in severe pain and screaming, and you were told to get in line. Afterwards, it was discovered that the little guy had a ruptured abdominal tumor. They let the poor animal suffer for hours. The main thing is that you can close the shed six times a year to go on vacation!

We were here today because we needed tablets for our pet and our vet was closed. We had called ahead about it and they even called us back. We're extremely satisfied and say THANK YOU 😊

A nice doctor who is very competent and puts a lot of effort into her work. The nurses are also very kind and know exactly what to do. A very nice practice, with parking in front of the practice. Highly recommended!

We've been going to Ms. Dockhorn for years and are more than satisfied. Unfortunately, we often have to visit her with our dog because she's very prone to illness, and we always receive incredibly warm and attentive care. She takes her time and explains everything clearly. You can get an appointment quickly and never have to wait longer than 10 minutes, unless there are emergencies.
