A Veterinarian with a Heart Ms. Buchner reacted calmly and confidently in a very stressful situation. My cat escaped from her carrier in the waiting room; a hunting dog was also there, and the cat was very frightened. Ms. Buchner's friendly manner persuaded the dog owner to let us go first. She skillfully caught the cat and lovingly cared for her. On every visit, she treats both animals and people with respect. I've been to several veterinarians before – I've stayed with her because I know my animals are in good hands.

I got an appointment at short notice and the staff were super friendly! They really know their stuff when it comes to my old dog! Thanks for the quick help ☺️

Worming tablets are only sold after a cat examination. They are already very expensive (around €10 each), and then the examination costs another €23 per cat. I have four cats. As a pensioner, I can't afford that. Thank you, I got the tablets from another vet without having to examine the cats. I also feed feral cats that don't let me touch them.

They wanted to euthanize my cat. Yes, he has Alzheimer's and is 19 years old, but he still wants to stay with me. I only went there to get the pain medication. They've already mistreated and killed two animals.
