I visited this veterinary practice in an acute emergency situation when my chipmunk was already dying. It passed away as I entered the practice. The veterinarian was holding my pet when she simultaneously presented me with a payment form and a request for my bank details. At that moment, I was completely overwhelmed emotionally, as my pet had just died. The situation felt very inappropriate to me, as it was no longer about treatment; I simply wanted a moment of reflection. I reacted very angrily to this situation and was subsequently asked to leave the practice. Looking back, what I remember most is the lack of empathy shown in this exceptional situation. For this reason, I would not visit this practice again.

Dr. Stadler saved my little dog's life today. I will be forever grateful to her. She gave it her all and kept trying, which makes her a wonderful person and doctor. She even called around to veterinary clinics and arranged a place for us. Thank you, Dr. Stadler, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I went to the emergency vet today to see Dr. Stadler, and I have nothing but positive things to say. Sure, there was a wait because it was an emergency, but that was fine with me. I'm glad I was able to go. She explained everything very well, gave my dog ​​an injection for the pain and some tablets to take home. The price was perfectly reasonable for me. If you go on the weekend, you have to expect it to cost more. And anyone who has a pet has to expect to go to the vet at some point. We also got a neck brace, and she reassured me that my dog ​​didn't have a serious illness. Thankfully, it's treatable. I also have to commend the assistant; she was very friendly and empathetic. Everyone there does a great job. Thank you so much for everything! 🩷

One star is too much! There is an emergency service, but they won't dispense any medication. Our dog is suffering from seizures, and they expect us to let him suffer until Monday. Absolutely unbelievable. Welcome to Germany.
