Question 1

Do I need to make an appointment in advance or can I just drop by?

Accepted Answer

Please schedule an appointment in advance by phone or online for planned examinations and treatments to avoid unnecessary waiting times and stress for your pet. In acute emergencies, you can also drop by during opening hours without prior notice, although a quick phone call beforehand is very helpful.

Question 2

How is the practice set up for emergencies or out-of-hours care?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the practice is here for you during regular opening hours in case of emergencies; a prior phone call helps the team prepare optimally for your pet's arrival. Outside of these hours, the emergency service community of Landshut small animal practices handles care on weekends and public holidays.

Question 3

Are there parking facilities in front of the practice and is the entrance barrier-free?

Accepted Answer

The premises feature a step-free entrance, allowing barrier-free access for all visitors. In addition, the practice is equipped with its own parking spaces directly on site.

Question 4

Are there separate waiting areas for different types of animals?

Accepted Answer

To make the stay at the practice as pleasant as possible for all patients, the facility features separate waiting areas specifically for dogs and cats. This noticeably reduces stress levels prior to treatment.
