The consultation and care were okay. Unfortunately, our vet was on vacation. However, the price is very puzzling to me. Many things were charged that I can't understand, and the price really shocked us considering what was done in those 20 minutes. I know a bit about billing; I had budgeted around €100. We ended up having to pay €300. We feel a bit ripped off.

Our two cats were neutered one after the other! Everything went smoothly and very gently! Without any time pressure, we even received lots of tips on playing and feeding! They were thoroughly examined, and their claws were even trimmed. Afterwards, they stayed at the clinic under observation until 7 pm! The price of €233 is perfectly reasonable! In short, our worries about them were completely unfounded. They're already back to their old selves today, the very next day! Thank you so much! 🍀🍀🍀

We took our Bengal cat there today because she's been suffering from diarrhea for two years despite numerous treatments. I went on the recommendation of another large animal vet. She took a lot of time to listen to our story and went into every detail, giving us advice and various treatment options. I'm absolutely convinced that this time the treatment will be successful in the long term! My cat is already calmer this evening and is letting us administer her medication for the first time.

We took our little cat to the emergency vet because her eye was closed and very red. The treatment took five minutes, and they gave her an ointment to take home. The total cost was €191! Since it didn't get better, we went to another vet after six days, who removed a 5 cm long piece of grain from her eye. I informed Dr. Kießling about the malpractice. At first, she said she would refund part of the money. Of course, that didn't happen. She said on the phone that she had a clear conscience and that everything else would have to be settled through a lawyer. A capitalist, not an animal lover!
