Lack of examination, incorrect diagnosis, and absolutely the wrong medication. Unfriendly, incompetent ("I don't have time, I only have two hands"). Even though the little dog was already fighting for her life. She had to be put down by another vet. These vets are "highly" recommended.

Dr. Schad is absolutely competent. Animal welfare is her top priority, and you can tell it's her calling. We receive absolutely excellent advice for all our animals. I really like and appreciate her honest and resolute manner. But of course, not everyone can handle that.

Very competent and kind doctor! We've been seeing Ms. Schad for over 21 years, and we highly recommend her. She does have a unique way of doing things, such as telling the staff if they're doing something wrong with their bosses, but we think that's fine. Our cats and tomcats have always been in good hands with her and have always been well cared for and looked after. We've also always received very good advice, even if it was just information over the phone. The price-performance ratio is also good. 5+ stars from us and all our cats, and a recommendation!

My cat has chive poisoning and is vomiting fresh blood. I should wait and look for symptoms... like vomiting blood. Absolutely negligent behavior. I should go to the emergency room now.
