Very unfriendly and disrespectful
Once I had contact with them, that was enough for me. I found it unfriendly and disrespectful.
Completely inadequate treatment for choke. No painkillers, no antibiotics for a possible pneumonia. We were told to feed the horse again after an hour... Aside from the serious consequences for the animal, he seemed unfriendly, almost annoyed, and barely interested. Never again!
