We've been taking our first dog (whom we got as a puppy) to this veterinary practice for a year now and are incredibly satisfied! Scheduling appointments is seamless, and someone is always available by phone. For more urgent or acute problems, appointments can be arranged at very short notice so that the best and quickest possible action can be taken. The price-performance ratio is also excellent. The staff are consistently friendly, polite, humorous, and positive, which is always a treat for the dog. It's clear that everyone there is passionate about their work and enjoys their job. I have absolutely no complaints and can wholeheartedly recommend this practice!

The practice generally has friendly staff, and you can go there with any concerns. However, for the third time now, I've had the impression that their primary focus is on selling services, charging as many as possible instead of treating the animal with respect and understanding. Agreements made during previous appointments are suddenly disregarded. And, as other reviews have mentioned, I experienced a situation where a low price was quoted for a repeat blood test, but the final bill was ten times that amount. Therefore, after much patience, I'm now looking for a different practice.

My anxious dog received incredibly sensitive and warm care here. They talked to him, gave him gentle strokes, and offered him a few treats, which helped him relax and finally have a pleasant vet visit. They also took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. That kind of service is truly exceptional! Thank you so much! I'll definitely be back!
