I thank her from the bottom of my heart and can only say that I have never seen such dedication from a veterinarian. Simply outstanding!

She did help in an emergency, but immediately told me that there wasn't much hope for a full recovery because my pet was old, and only after I begged her to help anyway... I went to her again on another occasion because my rabbit wasn't well and clearly needed antibiotics and other medication. It was a treatable condition, but she said there was nothing she could do, didn't give me anything, and didn't even examine him properly. Because of this, it was too late later, and I had to have my pet euthanized 😔😢 I didn't go back to her for that... Such a lack of empathy just because it was an older rabbit—it was truly awful... I will definitely not go back to this vet voluntarily.
