Dr. Irene Ruscher is the best vet ever. I lived in many cities with many dogs and therefore experienced many different pet doctors. Dr. Ruscher is extremely nice, professional, she is willing to explain to you each step of treatment of your pet, she is empathetic and not only she definitely knows what she is doing, but it is also obvious that she loves every animal that enters her ambulance.♥ As I live in Vienna for only 2 months my german is very poor, Dr. Ruscher had no problem with communication in English and she immediately knew how to help my dog.
