The doctor treated my cat twice and in both time did a great job. Last week I took my cat and she suffered a skin rash and she has been throwing up multiple times a week for so long. I was previously told by other doctors that my cat had a sensitive stomach. But Dr. Opelt figured that the cat had certain food allergy and that the rash was due to psychological stress! With the pills she prescribed and the new food she recommended, the cat stopped throwing up and the rash is healing. I don’t imagine that diagnosing a psychological issue with a pet is something easy but Dr.Opelt could successfully treat that. I recommend this clinic👍

I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Opelt's veterinary practice – without any reservations! For years, Dr. Opelt has provided me with expert knowledge and genuine care for my dogs. Even in emergencies, she has always been there for us and never let us down. I gladly travel around 50 km to see her because I know my animals are in the best hands. Her loving yet professional care makes this practice my absolute number one choice. Thank you so much for everything!

We took our dog to Dr. Opelt's emergency veterinary clinic at 4 a.m. and were absolutely delighted. She is a highly competent, empathetic, and calm veterinarian who, despite the early hour, took plenty of time to clearly explain the diagnosis, the next steps, and aftercare. The assistant was also incredibly friendly and reassuring. A practice with heart and expertise – highly recommended. Thank you so much!

I took my cat to the emergency vet because she wasn't urinating, as this can be life-threatening. My cat hadn't urinated for at least a day and meowed in agony whenever she tried. While waiting in the "waiting room" (the actual waiting took place outside the door; ringing the bell or checking in, even in extreme emergencies like poisoning, isn't possible; you're supposed to line up outside and then be called in one by one), the owner's dog started barking loudly in front of me, which already made me feel uneasy. The vet was very cold, weighed my cat on a large scale, and picked her up by her front legs (!), which is completely unacceptable. She also made a phone call and wasn't very friendly during it. She only briefly examined my cat, said her bladder was empty, and gave her an injection. The cost was scribbled on a piece of paper, and I paid in cash. There was no invoice or receipt. All in all, the visit to the veterinary practice didn't seem very professional. My regular vet was very surprised by the treatment, as they didn't even perform an ultrasound. In my opinion, the practice is also quite outdated.
