I had an emergency appointment with the vet on Monday evening because she was on call and my regular vet didn't have any specialists for my type of pet (and the others were afraid to take me on). Since I had nowhere else to go, she gave me a very warm welcome at her practice and definitely saved my evening and a lot of worry. She was also incredibly friendly and competent, even though my case was a bit unusual. I'm so grateful. ♡ My pet is doing great again :)

Here, man's best friend receives excellent care. A friendly practice located by the woods. The surroundings are very beautiful. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The veterinarian is always ready to help and offer expert advice. The atmosphere is pleasant and fresh, with a well-maintained environment. We will gladly return here with our cat Gipsy and his sister Luna.

Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this veterinary practice. We brought two cats for neutering and, upon picking them up, realized that we were given very little information about the procedure – we had to find out everything ourselves. When we got home, we noticed that one of the cats was bleeding heavily, leaving bloodstains on the floor. When we tried to call the practice for help, they didn't even answer the phone. In our concern, we immediately consulted another veterinarian. There, they discovered that our cat already had blood in her abdomen and needed urgent care. The other veterinarian also told us that the stitches would have to be removed after the procedure because no dissolvable or fused stitches were used. This was also not communicated to us. The lack of communication and aftercare deeply disappointed us. We expect not only professional competence from a veterinary practice, but also care and accessibility – especially if complications arise. Unfortunately, this was not the case here.
