Hello dear practice team, I just wanted to say thank you today. Thank you for the loving and compassionate care you gave my cat and me! After 20 years, I sadly had to let my Molly go, and despite her advanced age, it was incredibly difficult for me. You gave me the time to say goodbye and supported me so lovingly during this difficult time! I can only say that you are a fantastic team, and I wish you all the very best. You can be very proud of yourselves! Thank you so much for everything!

Unfortunately, we're no longer entirely satisfied. Although you can specifically select a particular veterinarian online, sometimes you're still seen by a different vet at the appointment. This makes consistent care difficult, as the animal's medical history doesn't always seem to be fully known. Especially with longer treatments, we'd like more continuity – after all, you don't usually change your regular vet at every appointment. Furthermore, we feel the prices have risen significantly and are now more in line with those of an animal hospital.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ More detailed review We are more than satisfied with the veterinary care in Neuses near Kronach. The entire team is very friendly, professional, and takes plenty of time for both the animal and its owner. Examinations are carried out thoroughly and explained clearly. You feel taken seriously and well-advised. Thank you for the excellent work – we will gladly return anytime.

Due to bad experiences with other veterinarians, I came to the practice as a new client at the end of last year, admittedly somewhat skeptical. I was actually very pleasantly surprised by how much time they take for their patients and how they actually listen. We are patients of Dr. Van der Sant, and I can highly recommend her! She is an incredibly empathetic and absolutely competent woman! Miley and I feel very well cared for there ❤️
