Friendly team, quick and easy appointment scheduling, good work. The only downside is the generally high cost of veterinary care. Sometimes the clinic was cheaper. Another drawback is the parking situation.

The entire team is very friendly, professional, and takes plenty of time for both the animal and its owner. Examinations are carried out thoroughly and explained clearly. Today, with a heavy heart, we had to send our little dog, Pino, to dog heaven. After a truly lovely phone conversation, we were allowed to take our dog there at very short notice. The team, including the vet, were incredibly kind, compassionate, and calming. Pino didn't have to suffer any pain, and they somehow made the whole experience less painful. We were given as much time as we needed to say goodbye. Thank you for being so supportive.

Due to bad experiences with other veterinarians, I came to the practice as a new client at the end of last year, admittedly somewhat skeptical. I was actually very pleasantly surprised by how much time they take for their patients and how they actually listen. We are patients of Dr. Van der Sant, and I can highly recommend her! She is an incredibly empathetic and absolutely competent woman! Miley and I feel very well cared for there ❤️
