Reviews
All I can say is very good. She has excellent interpersonal skills with both people and animals.
The initial impression was quite friendly, but then Dr. Kammerer failed us with our cats. Both cats were supposed to be spayed/neutered, but one of them wasn't spayed properly. My cat became so aggressive; according to Dr. Kammerer, she was just bored. Now the cat isn't the same as she used to be. Next, we took our dog to her. She was having increasing difficulty breathing, so we went back to Dr. Kammerer. She said it was due to her teeth. Over time, it got worse and worse. We switched veterinary practices. It was then discovered that our dog had a nasal tumor. However, it was too late to help. We saw Dr. Kammerer in January, and according to the other practice, the tumor had already formed last November. I called Dr. Kammerer to tell her that my dog had recently died from the tumor and that she should have known about it when she examined her in January. She claimed she had said something was forming in the nose, but she never mentioned it. If we had never gone to her and had gone to a different veterinarian instead, my little one would still be alive.
Very friendly staff, not a run-of-the-mill procedure, the doctor took her time. I was late for the appointment, but I was still able to stay and didn't have to wait long. My kittens are already looking forward to the next appointment.☺️
I've had our cat for a year now. Blacky's first visit to Dr. Kammer was very positive, and I'm very impressed with her. She also gave competent explanations to people who don't yet have a pet. My cat felt comfortable from the very first day. She was a little surprised at first, since the cat's name is Blacky but she's actually a grey British Shorthair. She was also neutered, and we need her vaccinations as well. Since she's an indoor cat or an outdoor cat, we also need her mouth treated. Everything was done very quickly on Friday, even at short notice and just before closing time.
