Super
Everyone is always very friendly, they address questions and requests, and appointments work out perfectly. I've been going there with my two cats 🐱🐺 for many years.
Dr. Kammerer is very friendly, attentive, and empathetic. We feel completely at ease in her care and trust her implicitly. She takes her time, explains everything clearly, and always treats us with great patience and empathy. We are very grateful for her support and wholeheartedly recommend her.
Dr. Kammerer treated our dog, who was suffering from severe weight loss. Within seven weeks, he gained only one kilogram. The only examination performed was a blood test; no other tests were conducted. The food is intended for a diet, and apparently, only the food sold at the clinic will be effective. We spent a fortune for nothing, and the dog's suffering and pain were completely ignored!
I've had our cat for a year now. Blacky's first visit to Dr. Kammer was very positive, and I'm very impressed with her. She also gave competent explanations to people who don't yet have a pet. My cat felt comfortable from the very first day. She was a little surprised at first, since the cat's name is Blacky but she's actually a grey British Shorthair. She was also neutered, and we need her vaccinations as well. Since she's an indoor cat or an outdoor cat, we also need her mouth treated. Everything was done very quickly on Friday, even at short notice and just before closing time.
